Sometimes it takes a village…literally.

Youngblood studio hired an entire village in china and over fifty local memphians to complete this massive mural comprised of over 1.2 million sequins and located at a local children’s research hospital. My job was easy; I just had to make sure each sequin was in its proper home. to do so, I created a paint-by-number system on steroids that could easily communicate to workers in each stage of the assembly process, which color sequin goes where. I was in my happy place during this project.
